Insightful, challenging, fun and full of practical advice

As a person very new to management issues I am not comparing this book to several on the topic. It is the first of a genre and topic that I have actually read. And the reasons are in my headline. Other books on the topic that I skimmed or sat down with every intention of reading either bored me to death, did not resonate with my reality. But Alison Greene's book grabbed me by the throat and held my attention.
