This book is an excellent tutorial on how to run and operate your first auto-detailing business. It's primarily for fixed locations, like a full-featured carwash station, but if you're looking to go mobile, like myself, the info is still pertinent and can be easily applied to that sort of business. BEST book on dating I've read

This book was bought for me along with one other book by Mr. Armani Valentino, by a male friend. At the time I was fresh into the whole dating scene & must now admit that this book helped me weed out the non-factors & straight up no good slick talking men very quickly. Would recommend this to any woman at any age and stage in their relationship. Even married women could get some good from this book.

If I could give 100 stars for this book I would. The advice is real, straight forward and not game centered. I love the way the book is organized to make it easy to find chapters and have conversations that are directed towards a certain subject. I love chapter 2 The Art of Asking Questions and chapter 4 Love & Sex: How not to get the two confused.

I am very happy that my male friend bought this book and Armani Valentino's other book for me entitled "The Love Triangle: How to Heal from a Broken Heart (Hurt, Shame, Bitterness & Betrayal). Keep up the good work Mr. Valentino! I think you're doing great work through your books!

A great review for FP-C

This is exactly what I was looking for to get ready for my FP-C. William puts detail and thought in every exam question with the purpose of getting you ready to take an aero medical certification exam. He knows his stuff having over 5 years experience teaching review courses among other things. After each test there are detailed justifications for each question. There are "test tips" throughout the book and some humor thrown in keeping things interesting. Don't be discouraged if you bomb some of the tests in this book. These tests are to learn from. I would take a test, mark the questions I got wrong in the book, then go through the individual justifications and take notes to study later as a "grand finale". This is not an overnight read, plan on spending many different sessions taking tests and reading justifications etc. Good Luck!

Clear and concise review of systems/exam blueprint with well written rationales. Still carry ACE-SAT with me for review and leisure reading. Excellent!

Good book for professionals

I'm not sure about the current price of the book being $85. But it is worth from my point of view.

This book walks through the in's and out's of the conversation with clients about the value add we bring to the table for them as professionals who manage their money.

Currently Nick Murray has turned into a annuity evangelist but this book is written before all that. This book helps to set up the client relationship in the right light.

Chapter 1-3 are where the real meat is. He steers advisers clear of the traps many professionals try to sell themselves as stock pickers and market timers. Nick suggests those aren't sustainable and not even true.

He gets down into the nitty gritty of how to talk with them, what to avoid saying and what words are going against this approach. He thinks bottom line the value you bring as investment manager is keeping investors from doing dumb things. The evidence the average equity fund for 20 years preceding 2007 10.81% but the average investor earned 4.48% from fear and greed investing.

Gamechanger for Financial Advisors

The main way (IMO and in the opinion of the author) that financial advisors add value to their clients is by improving investor behavior (behavioral coaching)... the sooner that advisors realize this--regardless of qualification--the better off they and their clients will be. Studies have shown that selection and timing do not add meaningfully to investor outcomes, it's the asset allocation that matters and the advisor's job to get their client to focus on the long-term. We all think we are "above average" and can outperform if we use different investments at different times, but this doesn't work reliably even if we think we are being wise. I am a CFA, so this realization was hard to come by.

Chapter 3 focuses in on Time. Since advisors (or firms with thousands of employees and supercomputers) cannot outperform, then why do they spend copious amounts of time on macroeconomic research, fund selection, or agonizing over timing decisions which in a best case scenario add 1% (but will probably detract)? Time should be spent in front of your clients educating and preparing them to use the principles and practices that the book espouses. I firmly believe this and am implementing this in my practice.

If you want to touch others, give them a copy. This book was such a blessing. I felt like I knew the family after reading about Zach and I wanted to know more. I laughed and I cried. You can't help but fall in love with him. I can make no excuses for myself after getting to know Zach through his father. The person who taught me the most about love and acceptance had Progeria. A beautiful, loving and inspirational story. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Inspiration

This book was such an inspiration to me. It's so different than your ordinary Christian books because it talks about a true life struggle. It's the struggle of a father and a family dealing with a disease that kills. It's also the story of a little boy who brought so much love and pure joy to those he came in contact with. This book is both heartwarming and heartwrenching. The end is the best because of the hope that it brings.

What a sick guy he was

When I read this book I was amazed that some one like Sam DeStefano accualy lived in this would at one time. He was a very scary and sick man. The rest of the book really showed what it is like to live as a mobster and be involved with the "juice" rackets. This was a good book! The information in it is amazing. It's not like other mob books, it's really hard to believe the things these mobsters did. If you want to know what it was like to be in the mob, I recommend this book!

the book provides both illustrations and photographic examples to explain how to best document Eye Pathology
with a Slit Lamp and camera. I was involved in Eye Photography for 48 years and used this book often until I
retired and left it behind. I purchased this as a gift to a friend who had much experience with a Slit Lamp but no
Photography experience. In my opinion there is none better.

this Book is very helpful. 15 electrical tests and only 4 fire alarm, but was good enough to help me get my fire alarm licence.

It should of had the code sections on it.
But still a great buy. Good studying material.
Just missing article and code.
