This book is perfect for the prospective volleyball coach (or coach of any sport, really). Mr. Betcher gives not only theory in this book but what to expect as a coach. Insight not found anywhere else. Extremely knowlegable. I'm a volleyball player and I would want all of my coaches to have read this book before coaching. Players will respect you more and will make the most of practice time. Excellent book!
