Shon Cole Black (also known as Kole Black) is a journalist and novelist who writes under the Spaulden Publishing imprint of Connecticut Press. The book was very good and fast pace. The only thing wrong was the missing or misspelled words other than that I loved it. I read book two and I am looking foward to the third book.

Disappointed.....

I was highly disappointed in the follow-up to Kole Black's "The Chance She Took", after that 5 star read, I was anxiously awaiting this one. Although the book was a fast read, it left me wondering what exactly what it had to do with the first one. I mean the story didn't have anything to do with his freshman novel until the last two pages. I guess I was just expecting more. Aside from the typos.... I felt there was too much going on and it was a little too predictable.

Another 5 star book. WOW, you did it again! "The Risk of Chance" is a great spin off of "The Chance She Took"; I enjoyed the fact that this book has its own flavor. Its a true thriller, which had me guessing to the very end....I'm anxiously waiting for book 3 now Kole. Good well DONE! Keep up the good work... When can we expect the next sequel???
